4. Trust your guy’s judgement.

Knowing that you trust the advice you’ve gotten from your guy is proof that you have trust in him as a person. After you’ve vented to him about a problem and he’s offered a suggestion to fix it- try his suggestion and let him know how it worked. He will be impressed that you think enough about him and his opinions to actually follow his advice.
